On 13 March 2023, PWPW's extraordinary general meeting of shareholders made changes to the company's management board. The company's previous vice-president replaced Maciej Biernat, who had held the position since 2018, as president of the board.
Piotr Ciompa has been with Wytwórnia since 2020. He has many years of experience in the management of medium and large companies in various industries, including having been vice-president of a listed company owned by private investment funds.
Piotr Ciompa graduated from the Faculty of History at the University of Warsaw and holds an MBA from the University of Calgary.
