The Polish Security Printing Works, producer of security documents and banknotes, as well as Partner of the World Youth Day and Official Partner of the Holy Father’s Visit will assist the organizers of the meetings of youth and pilgrim from around the world with Pope Francis. It will provide specially secured identification cards for participants of this event.

The World Youth Day and the Holy Father's visit to Poland are some of the largest mass events that will take place on 25-31 July 2016. In addition to its religious significance, it is also an enormous logistic undertaking that requires special safety measures.

PWPW has extensive experience in the production of identification documents, personal certificates, driving licenses, e-passports as well as priest or teacher ID cards. It is a company of strategic importance for Poland. Our IT and security systems guarantee special protection of personal data which are entrusted to us as well as highest quality of the products. PWPW has already gained confidence of a number of Polish and foreign public institutions so that we could become the only manufacturer of identification cards used during the World Youth Day and the Holy Father's visit to Poland in 2016.

PWPW will provide the organizers of the World Youth Day with several hundred thousand identification cards. These include pilgrim identification cards, volunteer identification cards, and priest identification cards differing, among other things, in colours. Identification cards will be provided with a special set of security features that prevents them from being forged and counterfeited as well as special numbering. Each identification card will get its own number. The unique identification card number 1 will be given to the Holy Father.

In addition, PWPW will manufacture food vouchers for pilgrims. Pope Francis will also receive his set of vouchers.

In addition, PWPW will provide a few thousand identification cards to journalists - entrance tickes and journalistic accreditation cards.

Journalistic accreditation cards designed by PWPW professionals, will include a special set of security features that protect them against counterfeit and forgery.
