On 25 February 2010, following the competition proceedings, Krzysztof Żarnotal, having relations with PWPW S.A. since 2004, was reappointed as the President of the Management Board of PWPW S.A.
Krzysztof Żarnotal started his career at the Polish Security Printing Works in 2004 as the Director of Commercial Division, after winning a competition for the post. From August 2006 to December 2006, he served as a commercial proxy of our Company. Later, from January 2007 to January 2008, he was a Member of the Board responsible for production issues. In the first quarter of 2008, he was the acting President of the Polish Security Printing Works S.A. Since 28 March 2008 he has been the President of PWPW S.A.
He began his professional career as an assistant at the Jagiellonian University’s Department of Economic Law. He was a Member of the Board at Nida Gips, the Director of Echo Media and the General Director of MAC Edukacja Publishing House as well as the President of the Management Board at Przekrój sp. z o.o. Publishing House.
Krzysztof Żarnotal graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and from the Faculty of Management and Marketing of the University of Warsaw. He also graduated with an MBA degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
