PWPW has just concluded two new contracts with the Police of the Republic of Armenia for the production of tens of thousands of biometric passports and for the production and supply of the total of one million non-biometric passports, the so-called old type passports - both to be delivered in the years 2016-2017.
Passports of the so-called old type are used in the Republic of Armenia in parallel with biometric passports. The contract signed by PWPW is the result of a very good cooperation with the client and the tender won by the Polish Security Printing Works . It is already the fifth and the largest contract for non-biometric passports performed by PWPW. To date, the Polish Security Printing Works provided to the Republic of Armenia a total of more than 700 000 passports and a million ID cards (electronic identity card in the form of a polycarbonate card, equipped with a special microprocessor, the so-called chip where the citizen’s personal data are stored).
The fact of winning the tender procedure and the references of our client confirm the highest quality of services provided by PWPW.
