Getting closer to Digital Poland thanks to cooperation between PWPW S.A., Poczta Polska S.A. and Poczta Polska Usługi Cyfrowe S.A. – Envelo | |

PWPW S.A. at the order of Poczta Polska S.A. and PPUC Sp. z o.o. – Envelo will develop a number of relevant, useful solutions for every citizen. Cooperation, which begins with the framework agreement signed today, is expected to make a significant contribution to the development and propagation of digital services and to the implementation of digitization projects.
The Trilateral Cooperation Agreement between PWPW S.A., Poczta Polska S.A. and PPUC Sp. z o.o. – Envelo was signed in the presence of journalists on 21 October 2026 by CEOs of companies: Piotr Woyciechowski, President of PWPW, Przemysław Sypniewski, President of PP and Paweł Usidus, President of PPUC-Envelo. The common goal of the signatories of the Agreement is to ensure dynamic digitization of key public services and the fastest possible transition from "paper to digital Poland".
Cooperation does not start from scratch. Already at the present the Envelo Digital Platform, created by Poczta Polska Usługi Cyfrowe company, uses the infrastructure provided by PWPW to perform secure communications services. PWPW is a leader in the segment of electronic identification and certification services: a qualified electronic signature and a qualified time stamp. Thanks to the project, PWPW will strengthen and expand cooperation with Poczta Polska Group in building e-Administration.
It should be noted that Poczta Polska Group, thanks to the technologically advanced Envelo Platform, has become a strategic partner of the Polish State in the field of electronic delivery and mailboxes for the citizen. The combined forces of both companies will continue to support the public administration in the construction of digital Poland. Under the agreement concluded with PWPW this cooperation will be extended to include further areas related to the identification and authentication of citizens. This will also include the provision of PP Sigillum certification services, such as qualified electronic signatures, qualified time stamps and non-qualified electronic signatures to employees and partners of the PP companies group. Along with the service provision, "Sigillum Sign" electronic signature sets will be supplied. Signatures will be issued on cryptographic cards being a secure carrier of electronic certificates and related cryptographic keys. PWPW is ready to produce and personalize payment cards at the order of Poczta Polska Group companies.
Under the established cooperation, corporate identity cards with the ability to install qualified signatures and other functionalities have been offered to Poczta Polska employees - ID cards will have a number of security features against counterfeiting. They will have not only user identification, access and authentication functions but will also be a sign of prestige, distinguishing card holders from other professions.
Co-operation between the companies also assumes that PWPW conducts specialized training for employees and partners of Poczta Polska Group. PWPW will conduct training for PP employees and PP partners, which combine the expertise of the document manufacturer with practical knowledge in verifying document authenticity. Specimens of banknotes and documents manufactured by the Polish Securities Printing Works and examples of particular printing techniques, examples of papers with different watermarks and security features on paper and plastic will be used during the training.
Detailed topics within the common areas of activity, will be developed during day-to-day work. The partnership formula of the Agreement outlines the framework for cooperation that will enable the creation of joint task forces composed of the Parties’ representatives. Their goal will be to define and further develop the jointly undertaken initiatives and seek new business opportunities. In implementing the cooperation, the Parties will use their business, IT, sales and marketing resources.
