| Contest for designing and creating a mural | |

We cordially invite visual artists and street art creators to join the mural design contest.
The contest is of open nature and it addressed only to artists with professional knowledge and experience. The winning design will be transferred to two adjacent, corner walls of PWPW’s building at 35 Rybaki street.
The contest is organised by Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A., and its leitmotif is “WARSAW UPRISING – DEFENCE OF PWPW REDOUBT in August 1944”.
While designing the mural the artists should take numerous aspects into account: historical, social, or urban context. The body of the building itself is important too, as are its spatial relations to other buildings, as well as the expositional conditions of its facade.
The winner will receive PLN 7000 gross as the prize. The costs of painting the mural will be covered by the Organised basing on the submitted and approved cost estimate.

All the required materials (mural design, resume, company KRS or NIP number, as well as portfolio, filled out registration sheet, cost estimate) should be submitted by 15 September 2017.
