On 12 February 2018, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A. appointed Tomasz Karusewicz to the Supervisory Board of the Company.
In addition, at its meeting on 12 February 2018, the Company's Supervisory Board elected its Chairman, Tomasz Karusewicz. The Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Robert Malicki as the President of the Management Board of Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A.
