At its meeting on 5 June 2018, the Supervisory Board of Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A. appointed Mr. Dariusz Nowakowski, Member of the Management Board of PWPW S.A., President of the Management Board of Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A.
In accordance with the resolution, Mr. Dariusz Nowakowski will perform the duties of the President of the Management Board until the date of commencement of the performance of the duties by the President of the Management Board of PWPW S.A. appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Company's Statutes.
